Counter Strike Global Offensive's map

This map was done by Rémi DUMAS, a friend of mine who asked me to take care of the User Experience and the playtests. I had to take care of the playtests' organization.

But also of team's balancing to keep the gameplays relevant to be analyzed.

Goal: Checking if players want to replay the map, if it's well balanced and if the pathfinding is good

In this diploma project, I have the role of QA Manager, I have to manage QA's playtests. In that one, we had to do the proof of concept of the player's controller. But also the proof of concept of 3 micro gameplay loops, and the first draft of the macro gameplay loop/ All of this to be sure the gameflow is coherent to the game

Goal: Checking if the UX is coherent to the game's intentions (gamefeel, gameflow, emotions expected..) but also if players understand well how to play
